Because of social networks, people are starting to like to share their lives on the Internet and create an illusion that they have a wonderful life, so people will start to edit their photos. At first, they will only add some filters to make photos different, and then things are getting worse. Under the influence of this patriarchal society, girls will feel insecure because their appearance does not conform to the so-called public aesthetics, so editing their own portrait. This is a common thing among girls. And to be honest I am one of them. Just from I know,  I could spend at least 15 mins for just one photo. But there are lots of popular tutorials online to show people how to make your portrait more 'beautiful'.

What I want to do in this work, I want to show people the usual routine like those online tutorials would do. As for the oil paint I choose, I hope that the classical beauty and the current malformation are in conflict with aesthetics.
